Something not folding right?

Senba plans your day when the app starts, so opening it is normally enough. If you left the app open overnight and Today still shows yesterday, close it fully from the app switcher and open it again. That is the quickest fix, and the one that is being smoothed out.

Open the iOS Settings app, find Senba, and check that Notifications are allowed. Senba's own settings screen has an Open iOS Settings shortcut that takes you straight there.

Also check that Focus modes or Scheduled Summary are not holding them back. Senba's reminders are local notifications scheduled by your own device, so they will keep working with no network connection at all.

Sync uses your own iCloud account, so the device has to be signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive available. Open the iOS Settings app and sign in at the top of the screen if you are not.

After switching the sync toggle, close Senba completely and open it again. The setting is applied when the app next starts. Once it is working, Senba's settings screen reads "Syncing through your iCloud."

If iCloud is restricted on the device, for example by a Screen Time or MDM restriction, folds cannot sync there. The app keeps working normally on-device.

Open Senba → Settings → Supporter and tap Restore purchase. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them, so make sure the device is signed in with the same one. If it was a different Apple Account, sign in with that one and restore again.

Nothing is charged twice. If a purchase fails partway through, nothing is charged at all.

No. There is no streak in Senba and nothing to lose. A missed prompt is quietly put back into the pool and returns later, rather than tomorrow. Prompts you keep skipping gradually stop being offered. None of this is held against you, and none of it is shown to you.

Open a goal, or a step you are focusing on, and choose Pin to lock screen. Then touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose the widget area, and add the Senba widget. Sparks from your archive can be pinned to a Home Screen widget the same way.

The first time you pin something, the app shows a short walkthrough of the iOS side of the setup.

Not yet as a single export file. Everything is stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud, so nothing is locked away in someone else's system. A proper export is on the list. If you need it, say so in an email, since that is genuinely how the list gets ordered.

Delete a single fold from inside the archive. To remove everything, delete the app: iOS removes its local storage along with it, including recordings and photos.

If you had iCloud sync switched on, also open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage, and remove Senba's data there.
